We have warehouses in North America, Europe, and Asia, and the delivery is based on the principle of proximity. But the shipping fee varies from region to region.
Can I change or cancel My Order while the Order is Being Processed?
You cannot cancel your order if it is already shipping.

How many day take for shipping?
When the warehouse has stock,
US/CA: 7-10 business days,
EU: 5-7 business days,
UK: 7-15 business days,
JP: 15-20 business days,
For other regions, please contact customer service for consultation.
If the warehouse is out of stock, all products will be shipped from the manufacturers in China, and the shipping time is 30-45 business days.
Note that we cannot deliver to remote areas such as P.O BOX, islands, etc.
How can I track my order?
You can check it in the historical orders, or you can consult our customer service.
Can I change the shipping address while my order is in transit?
We currently do not reroute orders.
Returns
Do I need to pay return shipping?
Since the package of the bicycle is oversized, if it is not a quality problem, the return shipping needs to be paid by the buyer. Therefore, we recommend that all the customers to keep the bike in the box if you are unsure.
The return period is 30 days after the package arrives. When returning the item, please ensure that the bicycle is in good condition and will not affect the resale.
How do I return an item?
If it is returned due to quality problems, we will provide you with a return label and make an appointment to pick it up.
If it is a non-quality problem, the customer needs to buy the label and send the package to the designated location.
