Please read the following carefully to understand our return and restocking fee policy that applies to all-electric bikes sold by Shengmilo.

Return new and unused items within 14 days of receipt

We allow you to return any e-bike in new and unused condition for a full refund within 14 days of receipt, without charge for delivery. For all returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless we deliver the wrong item. We will refund using the same payment method you originally used. Terms of return - Contact our customer service by email to provide the order number, proof of purchase, and photo proof that the goods are in good condition. To return an undefective or damaged bike, the bike case must be in good condition, the bike odometer must be less than 5km (3 miles), free of wear, dust, dirt, fragrance, or any other signs of use, and must be in the same packaging and condition as you received, And must include all items in the box (charger, keys, tools, pump gifts, etc.).


Returns of used bikes

Any bike returned in its old condition can be returned within 30 days of purchase, but the customer is liable for return shipping and depreciation of 50% of the purchase price. The item must be free from any damage. The odometer of an e-bike must be less than 40KM (25 miles).

All accessories are not refundable once received.


Shipping costs for returns

Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning.


Before sending out the returned item

If you need a return, please contact our customer service at to request a return. You will need to provide us with pictures and videos to demonstrate that the e-bike is still in acceptable condition.

Shipping Returned Electric Bikes - Once your return request has been approved, please do not ship the electric bike to the warehouse until you have received the correct shipping address from our customer service. As the return address may be different from our shipping or storage address.


After the goods are arranged to be returned

Please send us a notification after shipping the returned item and provide us with the tracking number. Once we receive the electric bike, we will either replace the item or give you a refund, which usually takes about 3 business days.

Rejected Shipments - Flat Fee

If you cancel an order after we have shipped it, or refuse to deliver it, we reserve the right to charge a flat fee of €180 to partially cover our shipping costs. We cannot intercept or cancel orders that have already been shipped. If you refuse delivery, we will return your order to us and refund the purchase price, minus EUR 180, to your original payment method.

Returns of the following items will not be accepted: All accessories (including spare parts such as bags, tires, rear seat racks, etc.); overused items in accordance with the above policy.

Cancel order

You can cancel your order by emailing or contacting us through our online customer service. Cancellations will not be confirmed until you hear back from our customer support team.

Due to the speed at which we process orders (as fast as possible), we will attempt but cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel orders you place on the spot. Once you have placed an order, we cannot change the order, including model or color reasons, once the e-bike has shipped. Please choose carefully and contact our team for guidance to ensure you choose the right item.

Orders that have already been shipped (where you have received a tracking number) cannot be changed or canceled. Please see our Returns Policy for return terms and instructions for returning an order for a refund if required.

Card processing fee. If you ask us to cancel an order after we have withdrawn funds from your credit/debit card (or after we have withdrawn funds from your PayPal account), we will deduct 2.5% from your refund to cover the merchant card processing fees, which we do not reinstate when refunding canceled orders.
